Sheila Miller-Nelson is dedicated to helping people learn how to truly connect to create better relationships and enhance leadership. A former trainer with Dale Carnegie, her experience in communication and leadership coaching spans more than 25 years. Additionally, she has over 15 years in the aerospace and defense industry.
Sheila graduated with a BA in Speech Communications and later acquired a sign language interpreting certification, honing her skills in audience focus and clear, concise communication. In addition to coaching and training, her career includes human resources, customer service, financial auditing, and project management.
When she’s not coaching, Sheila enjoys performing, reading thrillers, and spending time with her family.
Combining her background as a Project Management Professional, Senior Dale Carnegie Trainer and Certified Sign Language Interpreter, Sheila Miller-Nelson empowers individuals and teams to find their voice, create connections and elevate company culture through communication and leadership training.
